1. Orders
   Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. Double-check your order and let us know if you want to change anything — it saves everyone time.

2. Payments
   All prices are listed in EGP. Payment methods are secure and must be completed at checkout to process your order.

3. Shipping

   • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days anywhere in Egypt.

   • Cairo only: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11 AM (with an extra fee).

4. Returns & Exchanges
   You have 5 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Check our Return Policy for the full scoop.
